Abstract (en)
The control strip or block, to control the printing quality of mono or multi-color printing at a gravure printing press, has a color development control field (10) as a screen field strip (11) of a primary color to show the overflow of the screen field on achieving a given surface color level. The longitudinal line of the control field shows a continuous increase or decrease in the color development by nominal values for the tone, from at least 0% to a maximum of 100%. The nominal values (12) are displayed in the screen field.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kontrollstreifen oder Kontrollblock, enthaltend eine Anordnung von Kontrollfeldern zur Kontrolle und/oder Steuerung des Ein- oder Mehrfarbendruckes eines Tiefdruckverfahrens, wobei der Kontrollstreifen oder Kontrollblock ein Farbverlauf-Kontrollfeld (10) in Ausführung eines streifenförmigen Rasterfeldes (11) einer Primärfarbe zur Ermittlung der Überflutung des Rasterfeldes bei Erreichen eines bestimmten Flächendeckungsgrades enthält, und das Farbverlauf-Kontrollfeld über seine Längsausdehnung einen nach Sollwerten kontinuierlich ansteigenden oder abnehmenden Verlauf der Tonwerte in einem Tonwert-Bereich von wenigstens 0% und höchstens 100% wiedergibt, wobei dem streifenförmigen Rasterfeld (11) Mittel zur Anzeige der dazugehörigen Sollwerte der Tonwerte (12) im Rasterfeld (11) zugeordnet sind. <IMAGE>
