Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1279509A1] Device comprises a mounting (1) with base (30) and an arm (15) with a raster element (13) for scanning of the print head (2). A seal element (23) attached to the mounting serves to seal the jet plate (24) of the print head, while a suction element (36) is for cleaning the print head. To clean the jet plate the cleaning element is used in the base, to clean the electrical contacts it is used in the arm.
