Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1279785A1] The lock has a locking element (2) movable in a lock housing (1) between locking and unlocking positions and able to be locked in at least one of the two end positions by an electrically operated blocking device (5). The blocking device is in the form of a journal-slot controler with an elongated hole (6) formed on the locking element and with at least one angle and a journal guided in the hole and connected to an electromagnet (7).
