[origin: WO0185395A1] The invention concerns a pair of reducer pliers comprising a fixed arm (10), a mobile actuating arm (14), which is articulated (16) on the fixed arm (10) and a mobile support arm (18) likewise articulated on the fixed arm. The reduction is produced by a first coupling rod (28) articulated (28A) on the fixed arm (10) and a second coupling rod (30) articulated (34A) on the support arm (18), said coupling rods being articulated on each other through a link pin (32). The pair of pliers further comprises mechanical means for mechanical linkage and for transmitting movement between the mobile actuating arm and said rods which include cam means (34, 36).
