[origin: DE10022063A1] An electronic sensor (2) provided with a temperature sensor, measures fluid flow and the fluid temperature. Memories (4.1-4.4) store sensor calibration curves depending on the temperature-dependent properties such as Reynolds number, Prandtl number, Nusselt number of different fluids which are referred to by a calculator (5) for correcting the measured fluid flow rate. An Independent claim is also included for flow rate measurement method.
