The device also comprises at least one second unit containing a coupling unit for injecting or decoupling electrical signals. The invention is characterized in that the at least one second unit, which can move in relation to the first unit, comprises a driver stage for injecting signals into the first unit, and this unit at least occasionally injects signals into the conductor structure of the first unit.
