Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0186899A1] The invention relates to a device for carrying out wide-band signal or power transmission between at least two units that can be moved in relation to one another along any trajectory. Said device is comprised of a first unit, which contains a symmetric open conductor structure consisting of a multitude of dummy elements closed at both ends in a reflection-free manner. The device also comprises at least one second unit containing a coupling unit for injecting or decoupling electrical signals. The invention is characterized in that the at least one second unit, which can move in relation to the first unit, comprises a driver stage for injecting signals into the first unit, and this unit at least occasionally injects signals into the conductor structure of the first unit.
