Abstract (en)
A package, comprising a tray (30) with a sealed transparent covering layer (32), contains an inner supporting layer (10) with cut-outs forming a series of parallel slots to receive the separate slices (38) of a food product. The slots are open at one edge of the layer, creating a series of flexible tongues (20) that have surface projections to grip the slices and prevent them from slipping. A package, comprising a tray (30) with a sealed transparent covering layer (32), contains an inner supporting layer (10) with cut-outs forming a series of parallel slots to receive the separate slices (38) of a food product. The slots are open at one edge of the layer, creating a series of flexible tongues (20) that have surface projections to grip the slices and prevent them from slipping. The free end of each tongue has a tab (24) by which it can be held, and the projections are made from V-shaped slits pushed out to form points.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'emballage de produits alimentaires en tranches, comprenant une feuille support (10), généralement plane, propre à recevoir les tranches (38) disposées en relation de recouvrement partiel dans une direction donnée. La feuille support (10) comprend des découpes (18) généralement parallèles entre elles qui s'étendent à partir d'un bord (12) de la feuille support pour définir une pluralité de languettes déformables (20) susceptibles d'être écartées chacune du plan de la feuille support pour faciliter la séparation des tranches (38). De manière avantageuse, la feuille support (10) comprend en outre des reliefs (26) pour favoriser l'accrochage des tranches (38) et empêcher leur glissement. Application notamment à l'emballage de tranches de viande fumée ou de poisson fumé. <IMAGE>
