Abstract (en)
Device (1) forms a circuit with a cooling agent and a heat transfer system (11). The heat transfer system consists of tubular cooling pipes and cross-bars. The cooling pipes arranged between the two ends next to each other in a straight line or with a slight curve connect a distributor (21) to a collector (22) for the cooling agent. The cross-bars are designed as spacers and fixing devices for the cooling pipes. An Independent claim is also included for a method for applying and fixing a sheet of ice on a ski jump using the above device.

Die Einrichtung (1) ist dazu vorgesehen, auf einer Skischanze eine Eisdecke (120) aufzubringen, und zwar auf einer Oberfläche (101), die als Anlauf- und Absprungzone zwischen einem oberen und einem unteren Ende eines Schanzenbaukörpers (10) ausgebildet ist. Die Einrichtung bildet einen Kreislauf (6, 7, 8, 11) mit einem Kühlmittel und einem Wärmeübertragungssystem (11) für die genannte Oberfläche. Das Wärmeübertragungssystem (11) umfasst schlauchartige Kühlrohre (2) und Querstege (3). Die Kühlrohre, die zwischen den beiden Enden in Laufrichtung geradlinig oder mit leichten Krümmungen neben einander angeordnet sind, verbinden einen Verteiler (21) mit einem Sammler (22) für das Kühlmittel. Die Querstege sind als Abstandhalter und Befestigungsmittel für die Kühlrohre ausgebildet. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
