Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0191248A1] The invention relates to a supply track system for luminaires, comprising several supporting rails (1) which can be modularly interconnected; and a current conductor profile which is held in place by the supporting rails (1) and which has grooves (11) for receiving wires (6) for supplying power and/or transmitting control signals. Said grooves extend in the longitudinal direction of the supporting rails (1) and are accessible from a contacting side. According to the invention, the current conductor profile held in place by a supporting rail (1) consists of at least two wire-fixing elements (10, 101, 102) fitted together, with the grooves (11) for receiving the wires (6). According to the invention, the wire-fixing elements (10, 101, 102) engage with each other when fitted together, in such a way that they overlap with the projections (17) at their ends and form channels (23) in the connecting area which correspond to the grooves (11) and which are opened towards the contacting side.
