[origin: WO0192645A2] A pile guide (20) comprises a base frame (22) and a guide member (24) mounted in the base frame (22). The guide member (24) comprises a pair of upright guide channels (30) for receiving and guiding a pair of stabilizing fins associated with a finned pile during pile driving. A finned pile follower is also provided for continued pile driving once the finned pile is embedded in the substrate. The finned pile follower has a pair of stabilizing fins which likewise are received and guided in the guide channels (30).
