[origin: EP1386990A1] A single or multilayered non-woven web is longitudinally drawn by a drawing equipment (3) and buffered in a temporary storage (4) so as to adapt to speed fluctuations caused during drawing. The non-woven web is continuously discharged at a constant speed to generate a cross-lapped fleece web in the fleece laying machine (5). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) device for manufacturing fiber fleece; and (2) drawing equipment.
