The pump (1) acts as a supercharger. The fluid flows from an inlet (7) through rotors (8a, 8b) to an outlet (2) and also partly back through the backflow apertures (3a, 3b). The edges (4a, 4b) of the backflow apertures have a varying spacing from the inside of the pump casing, while maintaining the necessary wall thickness.

Die Erfindung betrifft die Ausgestaltung der Rückströmöffnungen (3a,3b) einer als Turbolader dienenden Rotationspumpe mit Rückströmung (1). Das durch zwei gegenlaüfig rotierende Rotoren (8a,8b) von einem Einlass (7) zum Auslass (2) der Pumpe (1) geförderte Fluid strömt über die Rückströmöffnungen (3a,3b) teilweise zurück. Die Ränder (4a,4b) der Rückströmöffnungen weisen einen variierenden Abstand zu der Fläche auf, die von der inneren Pumpengehäusekontur zuzüglich der konstruktiv erforderlichen wandstärke gebildet wird. Insbesondere können die Ränder (4a,4b) rampenförmig verlaufen. Die Abstandsvariation trägt zu einer Verminderung der geräuschentwicklung der Pumpe (1) bei. <IMAGE>
