Abstract (en)
Fire-proof blowing lance (1) for immersing in a metal melt to introduce gas comprises a head (3) divided by an annular gap (8) forming a gas outlet opening into two parts which are joined together by bars (9). An Independent claim is also included for a process for producing the above fire-proof blowing lance. Preferred Features: The two head parts are monolithic. The annular gap has a length of 0.3-0.5 mm in the axial direction (11).

Eine feuerfeste Blaslanze hat im Lanzenkopf (3) einen Ringspalt (8), durch den eine gleichmäßige Rundumspülung gegeben ist und die Gefahr eines Verstopfens nicht mehr auftritt. Zur Herstellung des Ringspaltes wird eine Lochfolie (6) verwendet, die beim Aushärten der Blaslanze schmilzt und lediglich an den Stellen der Löcher (12) Stege (9) bildet, durch den zwei Kopfteile (3', 3") monolithisch miteinander verbunden sind. <IMAGE>
