Abstract (en)
An air jet-operated weaving assembly has a compressed air supply system. Part of the compressed air supply system is installed within a discrete compressed air supply unit esp. incorporating the compressed air feed line, main shut-off valve, air filter, some of the magnetic valves and the pressure regulator. The compressed air supply system is accessible from all sides within a cabinet with removable cover and side-panels. Some of the compressed air in- and out- lines are accessible from underneath. The air lines and electrical power cables are flexible. The compressed air supply system also has a pressure regulator for the weft insert. Also claimed is a commensurate compressed air supply unit serving a number of air jet weaving machines. The supply has a number of compressed air supply lines, each with a main shut-off valve, air filter, magnetic valves and pressure regulator.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Luftdüsenwebmaschine 1 mit Druckluftversorgungskomponenten zur Versorgung von Luftdüsen 3, 4, 5 und 6 mit Druckluft. Die Druckluftversorgungskomponenten umfassen eine Druckluftzuleitung mit einem Hauptabsperrventil und einem Luftfilter sowie Magnetventile und Druckregler zur Steuerung und Regelung der den Luftdüsen zugeführten Druckluft, wobei ein Teil der Druckluftversorgungskomponenten in einer separaten, von der restlichen Webmaschine getrennt angeordneten Druckluftversorgungseinheit 10 zusammengefasst ist. <IMAGE>
