Abstract (en)
The machine has a tubular drive lance (12) with vertical flow concrete channel (15) and lower advance tip (13). The lower end of the flow concrete channel widens into a chamber (17), with an opening and closing mechanism (14) at the lower channel end. The chamber is separated from the space within the drive lance and around the channel, by a bulkhead wall (18). The opening/closing mechanism is a back pressure valve, permitting concrete flow from the inside to the outside. The lance is connected to a high frequency vertical vibrator.

Rammlanze (12) zur Herstellung von im Boden versenkten Tragsäulen aus Ortbeton, die mit einem Ramm-Hochfrequenzrüttler in Verbindung steht, eine untere Vortriebsspitze (13) aufweist und einen in ihrer in der Arbeitsstellung vertikalen Längsrichtung verlaufenden Fließbetonkanal (15) enthält, der am unteren Ende im Bereich der Vortriebsspitze einen Öffnungs- und Schließmechanismus (14) aufweist, wobei sich der Fließbetonkanal im unteren Ende zu einer Kammer (17) erweitert, die und gegen den den Fließbetonkanal umgebenden Raum in der rohrförmigen Rammlanze durch eine Schottwand getrennt ist. <IMAGE>
