Abstract (en)
The heat shield component (1) is for fitting to a combustion chamber wall and has a hot side (3) for exposure to hot medium (M), opposing wall side (5) and a peripheral side abutting on the hot and wall sides. On the peripheral side (7) is a tractive component (11) to which a tension (Fz) is applicable to securely prevent the loosening of a piece of the heat shield component in the event of a breakage. At normal temperature, the tractive component is without tension and at a usage temperature above that normal, it is under tension. The peripheral side has a peripheral groove (13), in which the tractive component (11) engages.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hitzeschildstein (1), insbesondere zur Auskleidung einer Brennkammerwand, mit einer einem heißen Medium (M) aussetzbaren Heißseite (3), einer der Heißseite (3) gegenüberliegenden Wandseite (5) und einer an die Heißseite (3) und die Wandseite (5) angrenzenden Umfangsseite. An der Umfangsseite (7) ist ein auf eine Vorspannung (Fz) vorspannbares Zugelement (11,11A) angebracht, wobei durch die Vorspannung (Fz) des Zugelements (11,11A,11B) ein Herauslösen eines bei einem Bruck gebildeten Bruchstücks (57A,57B) des Hitzeschildsteins (1) sicher verhindert wird. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin die Verwendung eines Hitzeschildsteins (1) insbesondere zur Auskleidung einer Brennkammerwand einer Gasturbine. <IMAGE>
