Abstract (en)
Electrical through-contact comprises a housing sleeve (1) having one end facing the contact and the other end facing away from the contact; a contact pin (2) which axially moves in the sleeve and protrudes from the sleeve on the side facing away from the contact; a connecting piece (3) for fixing an electrical feed line to the side of the sleeve on the end facing away from the contact; and a flexible electrical line (4,5) arranged in the sleeve between the connecting piece and the contact pin. The flexible electrical line is clamped with its end facing the contact in an axial bore (20) formed on the end of the contact pin facing away from the contact. Preferred Features: The flexible electrical line is a tube-like cord made from copper. The connecting piece has a first cylindrical section (13) facing the contact, is arranged coaxially with the housing sleeve and is fed into the helical spring. The housing sleeve, contact pin and connecting piece are made from brass, especially CuZn38Pb2.

Beschrieben ist ein elektrischer Druckkontakt, umfassend eine Gehäusehülse (1) mit einem kontaktzugewandten und einem kontaktabgewandten Ende, einen in der Gehäusehülse (1) axial verschiebbar gelagerten Kontaktstift (2), der an der kontaktzugewandten Seite aus der Gehäusehülse (1) vorsteht, gegen die Vorspannkraft eines in der Gehäusehülse (1) angeordneten Vorspannelementes in die Gehäusehülse einschiebbar ist und über dessen leitfähigen Körper der elektrischer Kontakt herstellbar ist, ein Anschlußstück (3) zur Befestigung einer elektrischen Zuleitung am kontaktabgewandten Ende der Gehäusehülse (1) und eine in der Gehäusehülse (1) angeordnete axial flexible elektrische Leitung (4, 5) zwischen Anschlußstück (3) und Kontaktstift (2). Die flexible elektrische Leitung ist mit ihrem kontaktzugewandten Ende in einer am kontaktabgewandten Ende des Kontaktstifts ausgebildeten axialen Bohrung (20) eingeklemmt und mit ihrem kontaktabgewandten Ende in einer am kontaktzugewandten Ende des Anschlußstückes ausgebildeten axialen Bohrung (21) eingeklemmt. <IMAGE>
