Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1289074A2] The protective seal (26) is moved between two positions. In the covering position it closes the contact chamber externally, making a flush seal at the socket surface. In the contacting position, access to the socket contacts is enabled. The seal is moved between these positions by inserting the complementary plug (10).
