[origin: US2003059075A1] A hearing aid device to be worn in the ear or a hearing aid device with otoplastic to be worn in the ear, has at least two aeration channels in combination with flow resistances arranged in the aeration channels that promote a flow from the enclosed auditory canal volume toward the outside in at least one aeration channel and a flow into the enclosed auditory canal volume in at least one other aeration channel. A flow through the enclosed auditory canal volume results therefrom, so that an air exchange ensues. This improves the wearing comfort of the hearing aid device and contributes to the prevention of diseases caused by a poor ventilation of the auditory canal.

Die Erfindung sieht bei einem im Ohr tragbaren Hörhilfegerät (11, 22) oder Hörhilfegerät mit im Ohr tragbarer Otoplastik wenigstens zwei Belüftungskanäle (15, 16, 23, 24, 30) in Verbindung mit in den Belüftungskanälen (15, 16, 23, 24, 30) angeordneten Strömungswiderständen (19, 20, 25, 26, 34) vor, die in wenigstens einem Belüftungskanal (15, 23) eine Strömung von dem eingeschlossenen Gehörgangvolumen nach außen begünstigen und in wenigstens einem anderen Belüftungskanal (16, 24) eine Strömung in das eingeschlossene Gehörgansvolumen (14) hinein begünstigen. Daraus resultiert eine Strömung durch das eingeschlossene Gehörgangvolumen (14), so dass in diesem ein Luftaustausch erfolgt. Dies verbessert den Tragekomfort des Hörhilfegerätes (11, 22) und trägt dazu bei, durch eine schlechte Belüftung des Gehörgangs (12) verursachte Krankheiten zu vermeiden. <IMAGE>
