Abstract (en)
[origin: WO0192729A1] The invention relates to a hydraulic control device (10, 90) for controlling a double-acting motor independently of load pressure. By exchanging the pressure balance throttle slides (68, 93), the control device can be converted from a directional-control valve (11) with a primary individual pressure balance (12) for load pressure-independent control to a directional-control valve (91) with a secondary individual pressure balance (92) for distributing oil flow in the event of undersupply; while retaining the same housing (13). To this end, the housing (13) has three junctions of control-pressure openings (51, 52, 53) in a second longitudinal bore (41) in which the throttle slides (68, 93) are housed, these junctions being axially set apart from each other. The interchanging of the mounting arrangements of a sealing plug (66) and a shutoff plug (67) enables the control-pressure openings to be activated differently, forming a primary pressure balance (12) or a secondary pressure balance (92) respectively, together with the respective throttle slide. The control device (10, 90) with the same housing (13) for different functions is economical to produce.
