The grinding plate (14) has a support plate (18)supporting on its underside an elastic grinding pad (20). The support plate is in the form of an especially bistable plate or leaf spring (22) as round flat ring with radially inward pointing teeth (38) the ends of which are joined to a hub (16). The support plate and grinder plate have axial holes through for sucking up dust.

Eine Schleifplatte (14,54) zum Einsatz an Handwerkzeugmaschinen (10), insbesondere Exzenterschleifer und Handschwingschleifer, bestehend aus einer Nabe (16) mit Stützplatte (18), an deren Unterseite sich ein elastisches Schleifkissen (20) abstützt, wird dadurch besonders günstig zum Bearbeiten gewölbter Flächen einsetzbar, dass die Stützplatte 18 als insbesondere bistabile, Blatt- bzw.
