[origin: EP1291982A1] A rod-shaped conductor has a mushroom shaped end (3) and a cylindrical bolt spaced apart to form a T-shaped structure. A sleeve (4) formed radially over the length of the rod is electrically isolated from the rod by an insulating layer. The cylindrical bolt has two portions with different diameters extending transversely on the conductor. The bolt portion having smaller diameter is partially surrounded by the sleeve.
