[origin: EP1293245A1] A mixing arrangement comprises a first component rotating on a frame; a second component (11) rotating on the first component; a drive arrangement for producing a rotating movement of the first component; and a deviating device for transferring and deviating a rotary movement of the first component onto the second component. The rotary direction of the first component is opposed to the rotary direction of the second component. The deviating device comprises an axial deviating element (15) and a radial deviating element (17) which interact with each other via a flexible belt element (19) and with the frame (3) and the second component. Preferred Features: The first component is a rotating arm and the second component is a mixing container. Each axial and radial deviating element is a strap disk. The drive arrangement has a shaft (7) fixed to the frame.
