[origin: WO0190329A2] The invention provides isolated nucleic acids molecules, designated 46745 nucleic acid molecules, which encode novel acyltransferase family members. Elevated expression of 46745 mRNA was detected in lung, breast, and colon tumors as compared to normal cells derived from these tissues. The invention also provides antisense nucleic acid molecules, recombinant expression vectors containing 46745 nucleic acid molecules, host cells into which the expression vectors have been introduced, and nonhuman transgenic animals in which a 46745 gene has been introduced or disrupted. The invention still further provides isolated 46745 proteins, fusion proteins, antigenic peptides and anti-46745 antibodies. Therapeutic and diagnostic methods utilizing compositions of the invention to, for example, treat, prevent and/or diagnose neoplastic conditions, are also provided.
