The vertical or non-vertical, parallel axles (2a,2b) supporting the polishing discs (4a,4b) are arranged so that they form a polishing-tunnel in which the workpieces (6), especially bottles, being polished move as a result of downward exerted gravitational force. The polishing axles are positioned at the four corners of a square base plate (1). The top end of the tunnel has a feeder tube (5) above which is a conveyor-belt for the workpieces.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Säulenpolieranlage mit mehreren vorzugsweise vier parallel zu einander stehenden Poliersäulen für zylinderförmige Werksrücke,Massiv-und Hohlkörper sowie Behälter, insbesondere Flaschen aus jedwedem Material,vorzugsweise Kunststoff wobei die Polierelemente (4a;4b) tragende Achsen (2a;2b) in der Weise angeordnet sind, dass die Polierelemente im ZUsammenwirken einen Poliertunnel bilden,in welchem sich die zu polierenden Werkstücke (6),insbesondere Flaschen,sich bewegen. Die Poliersäulen können sowohl senkrecht als auch abweichend von der Senkrechten bis zur Horizontalen angeordnet sein <IMAGE>
