Abstract (en)
In a process for producing light building materials, especially gas concrete or porous concrete, by expanding and setting concrete in moulds, cutting the cast products to the desired shape and size and then carrying out steam hardening in an autoclave, the cut products are heat treated, preferably at 90-120 (especially above 100) degrees C, before steam hardening. Also claimed is a light building material production plant especially for carrying out the above process, in which one or more heating chambers (6a) are provided between the cutting station and the steam hardening autoclave (7a). Preferably, the heating chambers (6a) are arranged parallel to the autoclave and to hot chambers (5a) in which the filled moulds are stored before the cutting operation.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung schafft eine Anlage zum Herstellen von Leichtbaustoffen, insbesondere von Gas- bzw. Porenbeton, in der die Porenbetonkuchen nach dem Schneiden und vor der Dampfhärtung einer zusätzlichen Wärmebehandlung unterzogen werden. Hierdurch können die Verweilzeiten der Porenbetonkuchen im Autoklaven (7a) gesenkt und die Taktzeiten in der Produktion erhöht werden, wobei eine kompakte Bauweise der Anlage ermöglicht wird. Wesentlich ist, dass die Wärmekammer (5a) für die Wärmebehandlung über einer Heizkammer (6a) angeordnet ist, in die die Leichtbaustoffkuchen eingebracht und unter Wärmeeinwirkung gelagert werden. <IMAGE>
