Abstract (en)
[origin: US2003051947A1] A system for transporting persons/goods in elevator installations and/or on escalators includes a control device and a computer program product for commanding the system. At least one person/goods is recognized by at least one recognition device via at least one identification code which recognized code is passed to the control device. For each recognized identification code at least one user profile has been stored and is used as a transportation profile to command operation of the system. At least two of the user profiles are linked to form a shared transportation profile to command operation of the system.
