[origin: WO0201942A1] The invention relates to a method for supplying feedstuff in a dosed manner in cowsheds, and to a feed system for carrying out said method. According to the invention, a substantially horizontal feed pipe is provided, said feed pipe being connected to a feed center (1), comprising an integrated feedstuff conveyor (3) and being arranged directly above a row of troughs (2), having on the underside thereof at least one fall-out opening associated with each trough, whereby a slider (7) is associated therewith. The inventive device also comprises a time-controlled drive unit (9) for relative displacement between the fall-out opening (5) and the slider (7).
