[origin: WO0202595A1] The invention concerns peptides containing or consisting of an antibiotic peptide by (i) modification of cysteine residues so that said peptide is devoid of disulphide bond, (ii) substitution of 1 to 18 and preferably of 1 to 5 amino acids, and/or permutation of at least a pair of amino acids, said substitutions and/or permutations being such that said peptide has an amphipathic character. The invention also concerns a compound formed by at least one of said peptide directly or indirectly bound to at least an active substance.
