[origin: EP1297899A1] The spray coating device has a shaft housing (2) provided at the front end (4) with a delivery outlet (6) for the coating material and a fixing hollow body (16) at the rear end, for attachment of a connection piece (8). The fixing hollow body fits into a longitudinal bore (12) of the connection piece, with a coupling section (18) for coupling with the shaft housing and a clamp surface (22) for clamping the connection piece against the shaft housing so that a coating material pipe (14) fits into the latter in the longitudinal direction.
