The manufacturing method has a corrugated web (6b) combined with a cover web (6c), with gas blown onto the longitudinal side edges of the corrugated paper web, for detecting areas in which the corrugated web and the cover web are not bonded together, for supplying signals to a control circuit for the manufacturing process. <??>An Independent claim for a corrugated paper web manufacturing plant is also included.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Wellpappe in dem eine Wellenbahn (6b) auf eine Deckenbahn (6c) kaschiert wird, eine Wellpappenbahnlauflängsseite mit Gas angeblasen wird und ein Auseinandergehen der Wellenbahn (6b) und der Deckenbahn (6c) in nicht verklebten Wellpappenbahnbereichen detektiert wird. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Kaschierwerk mit einer Walzenanordnung (1, 2, 3) mit nebeneinander angeordneten gegenläufig drehbaren Walzen und mit einer Einzugsseite (10) und mit einer Auswurfseite (11) für eine Wellpappenbahn (6d) und wenigstens einem auswurfsseitig der Walzenanordnung (1, 2, 3) angeordneten auf eine Längsseite eines Wellpappenbahnlaufs richtbaren Blasmittel(15) zum Auseinanderblasen nicht verklebter Wellpappenbahnbereiche und neben dem wenigstens einen Blasmittel (15) angeordneten Mitteln (16a, 16b) zur Detektion auseinandergeblasener Wellpappen-bahnbereiche. <IMAGE>
