Abstract (en)
A controller has a start contact (41) that initiates a dispensing operation, an end contact (42) which terminates dispensing operation, and a blade contact (43) which initiates a cutting operation. A pressure roller (10), which presses an adhesive tape (2) to a product (3) during dispensing operation, is selectively guided into rest and dispensing positions when product is passed in front of contacts. <??>The product is guided towards the direction of a cutter that is arranged upstream of the press. The cutter weakens the adhesive tape by making an incision in the adhesive tape in the cutting operation. When the product is passed in front of the start contact, the dispensing operation is initiated so that the press is guided out of the rest position into the dispensing position. When the product is passed in front of the end contact, the dispensing operation is terminated so that the press is guided out of dispensing position into rest position optionally. When the product is passed in front of the blade contact, a cutting operation is initiated. An Independent claim is also included for a manufacturing method for cardboard or plastic cores.

Spendevorrichtung 1 zum Verspenden von Material 2, das aus einer auf einer Rolle befindlichem, beidseitig selbstklebend ausgerüstetem Trägermaterial besteht, mit einer Andrückvorrichtung, insbesondere Andrückwalze 10, die während des Spendevorgangs das zu verspendende Material 2 auf das unter der Andrückvorrichtung, insbesondere Andrückwalze 10 laufende Gut 3 preßt und ansonsten in einer Ruhestellung oberhalb des Guts 3 ist, einer Schneidvorrichtung 20, über das Material 2 in Richtung Andrückvorrichtung, insbesondere Andrückwalze 10 geführt wird, die vor der Andrückvorrichtung, insbesondere Andrückwalze 10 angeordnet ist und die das Material 2 während des Schnittvorgangs durch einen Einschnitt schwächt, einer Vorrichtung 40 zur Erkennung der Lage des an die Spendevorrichtung geführten Guts mit zumindest a) einem Startkontakt 41, der, wenn das Gut 3 an ihm vorbeigeführt wird, den Spendevorgang der Spendevorrichtung 1 auslöst, so daß die Andrückvorrichtung, insbesondere Andrückwalze 10 aus der Ruheposition in die Spendeposition geführt wird, b) einem Endkontakt 42, der, wenn das Gut 3 an ihm vorbeigeführt wird, den Spendevorgang der Spendevorrichtung 1 beendet, so daß die Andrückvorrichtung, insbesondere Andrückwalze 10 aus der Spendeposition in die Ruheposition in geführt wird, und gegebenenfalls, c) einem Messerkontakt 43, der, wenn das Gut 3 an ihm vorbeigeführt wird, den Schnittvorgang der Schneidvorrichtung 1 auslöst. <IMAGE>
