[origin: EP1298396A2] Roof outlet comprises a housing (1) having a wall (2, 3, 6) and an outlet opening (8) leading into a room. Incoming air from an air inlet system flows through an inlet opening (4) provided in the wall into an inner chamber (5) of the housing. A distributor plate (21) is arranged between the inlet opening and the outlet opening in the inner chamber of the housing. At least one further distributor plate (22) is provided in the inner chamber of the housing. <??>An Independent claim is also included for an alternative roof outlet. Preferred Features: The distributor plates are positioned at an angle to the flow direction of the air and have a surface (24) provided with openings (25) placed on a closed substrate (23).
