[origin: EP1298602A2] Method in which the gaming machine can be played with a normal or increased stake. With a normal stake a preset adjustable amount of the stake can be won as a jackpot. With the increased stake a second jackpot can be won with a proportion of the stake that is equal to or greater that the proportion of the stake of the first jackpot.
