Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0204718A1] The invention relates to a device and to a method for the secure conveyance and handling of a cellulose solution that is suitable for producing solvent-spun cellulose shaped bodies, especially for producing fibers, films and membranes. The inventive device comprises devices for conveying and handling the spinnable cellulose solution, provided with a temperature device. When the cellulose solution exceeds at least one first threshold temperature, the temperature in the temperature-controlling system is reduced, thereby reducing the temperature of the spinning solution and avoiding decomposition of the reaction mixture. The invention further relates to a method and a device that operate with two switchable stages.
