[origin: EP1300520A2] The functional and covering component is for the operation of manufacturer-specific release units of flushing cisterns (1) in front wall installation and has on the room-side of the front wall an operating device connected to the release mechanism for flushing water. On the cistern in the area of a recess (1') is arranged an adapter plate (2) with devices for triple axis-adjustment of an accommodation (5), which forms a frame for the arrangement of the operating device. <??>The adjustment retainers (4) are Z-shaped. The operating device is mechanical and the accommodation (5) is so connected with a guide plate (6) via a thruster (7) sliding in a guide (8) that the guide plate is horizontally movable. The guide plate can also be moved by a tip or rocker mechanism.
