[origin: WO0206610A1] A tubular scaffolding system (10), especially for construction scaffolding, comprises vertical tubular posts (12) which are provided with disc-shaped metal rosettes (14) at regular intervals, said rosettes being concentric to the tubular posts and being solidly connected to the same. The rosettes surround the tubular scaffolding posts (12) in a flange-type manner and are provided with openings (18, 20). The invention is characterised in that an expanding recess (38) is present at each of the side edges of the first opening (18) that extend essentially in a radial direction. As a result, the width of the link between the recess (38) and the second opening (20) is reduced in such a way as not to become less than the originally minimal link width between the first opening (18) and the second opening (20).
