[origin: EP1302120A2] Frame comprises a locking bar (41) positioned on a sliding sleeve (5) and tilting about a drag bearing (46) and impinged by a spring (44) in the locking position, a longitudinally extending opening (47) in a stand tubular section (23), and a handling bar (45) by which the sleeve slides on the tubular section and the locking bar is tilted. The handling bar tilts about a drag bearing (49) independently of the drag bearing (46). Preferred Features: The spring is supported on one side on the outer side of the sleeve and on the other side on the inner side of the operating arm (43) of the locking bar. A support (40) supports a stop (50) which is in contact with the outer side of the operating arm when the support is tilted.
