Abstract (en)
Tubular piece (1) comprises injection sites (2) for an additive (20); a tubular wall (11); and a stationary mixing element (12). The injection sites introduce the additive into a flowing low viscosity fluid. The mixing element comprises a pair of blades (5a, 5b) and a third blade (6). The blade pair is formed in the central plane (15) extending in the flow direction. The third blade has a rear side extending from a base on the tubular wall to an end lying downstream. <??>Preferred Features: Each injection site comprises a support and a nozzle channel, especially a bore, leading through the tubular wall. The angle of the third blade is 30-60 degrees , preferably 40-50 degrees . The blade pair is connected to a flat ring (7) between a flange (31) of a pipe (3) and the inlet side (13).

Das Rohrstück (1) mit einer Einspeisestelle (2) für ein Additiv (20) oder mehreren solchen Einspeisestellen umfasst eine Rohrwand (11) und ein statisches Mischelement (12). Die Einspeisestellen sind zum Einbringen der Additive in ein strömendes niedrigviskoses Fluid (10) vorgesehen. Das statische Mischelement besteht aus einem Paar von Flügeln (5a, 5b) und einem dritten Flügel (6). Das Flügelpaar (5), das einen die Strömung (10') des Fluids umlenkenden Engpass bildet, ist bezüglich einer in Richtung der Strömung sich erstreckenden Mittelebene (15) im wesentlichen spiegelsymmetrisch ausgebildet. Der dritte Flügel ist bezüglich dem Flügelpaar in einer kreuzenden Weise sowie im Bereich der Mittelebene liegend angeordnet. Er weist bezüglich der Strömung eine Rückseite (60) auf, die sich von einer Basis an der Rohrwand zu einer stromabwärts liegenden Ende erstreckt. Jede Einspeisestelle ist auf der Rückseite des dritten Flügels angeordnet. <IMAGE>
