Abstract (en)
The illuminated edge consists of a right-angled extrusion of a rigid metal or plastic material comprising front and rear sections, with a cavity for lights, fastened to a fixing rail on the stair tread. The rear edge of the fixing rail is raised to engage a groove in the extrusion, while its front section has a ridged fastening surface to engage with a matching surface on the extrusion. The extrusion also has an anti-slip covering layer. <??>The illuminated edge consists of a right-angled extrusion (20) of a rigid metal or plastic material comprising front (21) and rear (22) sections, with a cavity (25) for lights e.g. light emitting diodes (LEDs), fastened to a fixing rail (10) on the stair tread. The rear edge (13) of the fixing rail is raised to engage with a groove (23) in the extrusion, while its front section (11) has a ridged fastening surface (11A, 11B, 11C) to engage with a matching surface (12A. 12B, 12C) on the extrusion. The extrusion also has an anti-slip covering layer (30), coextruded with the main extrusion.

L'invention porte sur un nez de marche comportant un profilé (20) en forme d'équerre avec une aile avant (21) et une aile arrière (22). Il comprend également un rail (10) de fixation à la marche sur lequel est monté le dit profilé (20). Le nez de marche est utile pour les salles de spectacle notamment. Selon un mode de réalisation le profilé (20) comprend un logement (25) pour un moyen d'éclairage tel que des LED. <IMAGE>
