Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1302621A1] The trepan cutter for drilling anchor holes in granite has an upper section (14) with cable connections (20) and a lower section (12) with a chain (42) to limit spacing of the upper and lower sections. The sections have a cylindrical bore (26) to receive a guide (22). The upper and lower sections have ramp faces to convert relative longitudinal movement of the sections into rotary movement.
