Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1302952A2] A method for finding the armature position of an electromagnet, in which a magnet voltage is generated from the magnet current flowing through the coil. The magnet voltage (Um) is compared with a reference voltage (Ur) to establish a corresponding armature position. A filtered, flattened-out magnet voltage is used as the reference voltage, and more specifically the reference voltage is generated from the magnet voltage by a low-pass filter. <??>An Independent claim is given for a circuit for ascertaining the armature position of an electromagnet.
