Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1302957A1] A contact bell (2) holds a switch blade (4) for a low-voltage power/high-rate current fuse. A protection (5) against accidental contact is provided for the contact bell that has an opening for passing a fuse blade through and blowout plates (7) shaped to it adjacent to the opening to act as electric arc blowout devices.
