Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0195556A1] The mobile application security system (50) and method in accordance with the invention increases the overall level of security in using a mobile application (50). In a preferred embodiment, the system may use a peer-to-peer architecture wherein each host of a mobile application is a node of the peer-to-peer network (40). In operation, when a mobile application (50) jumps between hosts (nodes) (40), information about the mobile application (50) is generated and sent to a central security enforcement node (52) so that the central security enforcement node (52) may perform various security checks (70). The security checks (70) ensure that the security of the mobile application (50) is not compromised.
