Device for changing position of web (ST) in steel flange profiles (FP) during rolling in roll stand systems having horizontal rollers comprises a profile-measuring device arranged upstream of the roll stand for determining the position of the web of the flange profile lying on a horizontal conveyor (R). <??>The measurement signals are sent to a computer device which produces the position values for the screw-down gears of the upper and lower horizontal rollers (HO, HU) to align the roll gap (WSP) formed by these on the horizontal central plane (MM) of the profile. <??>Preferred Features: In reverse operation, the measurement signals produced by one or more profile-measuring devices are evaluated using the computer device for one of the roll directions to change the position of the web and for the other roll direction to align the roll gap.

Bei einer Vorrichtung zur Veränderung der Position des Steges (ST) in Formstahl-Flanschprofilen beim Walzen in Walzgerüstanlagen mit Horizontalwalzen (HO, HU) aufweisenden Walzgerüsten, bei der die Vertikalposition der horizontalen Mittenebene des von den Horizontalwalzen gebildeten Walzspalts (WSP) auf den Steg des mit den Rändern (FRO, FRU) eines Flanschenpaares auf einem Horizontalförderer aufliegend herangeführten Formstahl-Flanschprofils durch aufeinander abgestimmte selbständige Anstellbewegungen der oberen und der unteren Horizontalwalze (HO, HU) des Horizontalwalzenpaares (HO, HU) ausrichtbar ist, ist dem Walzgerüst eine die Position des Steges (ST) im Profil des auf den Horizontalförderer (R) aufliegenden Formstahl-Flanschprofils (FP) ermittelnde Profilmeßvorrichtung vorgeordnet, deren Meßsignale einer Recheneinrichtung zugeführt werden, die Stellwerte für die Anstellvorrichtungen der oberen und der unteren Horizontalwalze (HO, HU) zur Ausrichtung des von diesen gebildeten Walzspalts (WSP) auf die horizontale Mittenebene (M-M) des Profils des dem Walzspalt (WSP) zugeführten Formstahl-Flanschprofils (FP) erzeugt. <IMAGE>
