Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1304181A1] The mechanism to feed strip material in steps into a press, and the like, has two oscillating feed rollers with an intermittent drive to advance the strip workpiece material (63). The lower feed roller (2) is mounted in the frame (1) of the feed station, and the upper feed roller (3) is mounted in a rocker (30). The rocker movement is controlled from a control disk (64) through a lever (40) and a rod (35). Both ends (33,34) of the rocker are supported at the frame by springs (36,39). The rocker is mounted to a jib at one side, with a bush and a projecting arm with a clamped shaft. The clamping bar is firmly bonded to the shaft.
