Abstract (en)
A control device and associated control method for the movement mechanism which controls formation of the loop in terry fabric looms are described, of the type comprising an output lever which is actuated by a main actuating shaft, first mechanical members for determining the motion law of said output lever and second mechanical members for adjusting the amplitude of said movement, said first mechanical members comprising cam means mounted on a cam shaft which is actuated by an auxiliary electric motor (M3) linked via an electrical axis with a motor (M1) of said main actuating shaft. <IMAGE>
