Abstract (en)
The cumulative power control for a number of hydrostatic piston machines (5,5',5), e.g. hydropumps, includes a pressure system to generate a common control parameter. The pumped volume is adjusted by setting units (8,8',8,9,9',9), for the pumps to force a pressure medium into their outflow channels (6,6',6). The setting units are controlled by a regulator (7,7',7), with a deflection lever with a torque applied to it proportional to the pumped volumes and the pressures in the pump outflow channels, to act on the regulating pistons. The operating pressures of the pumps are passed to the pressure monitor (12). The separate regulators for each pump each have a regulating piston and a measurement piston which is under an axial force which is transferred to the regulating piston. A counter force is applied to a measurement piston surface by the pressure monitor.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Summenleistungsregler für mehrere hydrostatische Kolbenmaschinen (5, 5', 5'') und einen Druckmittler zum Erzeugen eines gemeinsamen Regelparameters, wobei die Fördervolumen der hydrostatischen Kolbenmaschinen (5, 5', 5'') mittels Verstellvorrichtungen (8, 9, 8', 9', 8'', 9'') einstellbar ist und die hydrostatischen Kolbenmaschinen (5, 5', 5'') ein Druckmittel in Arbeitsleitungen (6, 6', 6'') fördern. Die Verstellvorrichtungen (8, 9, 8', 9', 8'', 9'') werden durch eine Hyperbelregelvorrichtung (7, 7', 7'') geregelt und der Arbeitsdruck der hydrostatischen Kolbenmaschinen (5, 5', 5'') einem Druckmittler (12) zugeführt. Für jede Verstellvorrichtung (8, 9, 8', 9', 8'', 9'') der hydrostatischen Kolbenmaschinen (5, 5', 5'') ist eine separate Hyperbelregelvorrichtung (7, 7', 7'') vorgesehen, die einen Regelkolben (41, 41', 41'') und einen Meßkolben (11, 11', 11'') umfaßt, wobei der Meßkolben (11, 11', 11'') durch eine Axialkraft vorbelastet ist, welche auf den Regelkolben (41, 41', 41'') übertragbar ist, und der eine Kraft entgegengerichtet ist, die durch einen von dem Druckmittler (12) gemittelten Druck an einer Meßkolbenfläche (37, 37', 37'') erzeugt wird. <IMAGE>
