[origin: WO0211270A1] The invention relates to a rotating electrical machine (1) with an internal rotor (2) and an external stator (3). Both are rolled from a strip (5, 6). Each strip (5, 6) is divided into segments (51, 61) which match the internal and external radius of curvature of the rotor (2) or the stator (3). Each segment (51, 61) has a defined number of slots (52, 62), which, on rolling the rotor (2) or the stator (3) are arranged exactly behind one another, such as to form cavities (2H, 3H) for the fixing of electrical windings.
