[origin: WO0213363A1] The invention relates to a low-inductivity bar assembly for a matrix converter, comprising a plurality of switch elements, especially semiconductor switches, disposed in a 3x3 matrix. Said matrix converter, at the network end, is connected by means of said bar assembly to a plurality of capacitor elements via which three input voltage potentials are fed to the matrix converter. The bar assembly consists of a plurality of bar sections (V1, V2, V3, V4) that are disposed in two planes while being insulated from one another.
